Please read these Terms carefully before downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using MunchSprouts. By accessing or using MunchSprouts, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app or related services.
MunchSprouts is a mobile application and related services designed to help parents and caregivers record, organise, and manage baby feeding and weaning information, including foods, allergens, reactions, feeding records, recipes, and related content.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use MunchSprouts. By using the app, you confirm that:

MunchSprouts may offer free and paid subscription plans, including:
Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed directly by Apple or Google. We do not store or have access to your payment card details. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device account settings.
Unless required by law:
Subscription pricing may change in the future. Where required, users will be notified before changes take effect.
Note: Apple and Google are not responsible for maintenance, support, or claims relating to MunchSprouts. All such matters are the sole responsibility of MunchSprouts.

All intellectual property rights in MunchSprouts, including branding, logos, app design, graphics, features, source code, and written content, are owned by or licensed to MunchSprouts and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use our branding or materials without prior written permission.
Your use of MunchSprouts is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully to understand how your information is collected, used, stored, and protected. We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Any recipes, allergen tracking, feeding guidance, or other content provided through the app is general in nature and should not be relied upon as medical advice. While we aim to provide accurate and helpful information, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content or guidance within the app.
Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional regarding allergies, feeding concerns, nutrition, medical conditions, or emergency situations.
MunchSprouts must not be relied upon during emergencies or urgent medical situations. Use of the app and reliance on any information is entirely at your own risk.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that MunchSprouts will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice or liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MunchSprouts and its owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data or content, service interruptions, device damage, reliance on app information, health-related outcomes, or lost profits or revenue.
We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of user content or uploaded data.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the app shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MunchSprouts during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MunchSprouts and its owners, team, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Certain features of the service may rely on third-party providers, including cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, storage, or payment providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policies, or actions beyond our reasonable control.
We may suspend or terminate access to MunchSprouts if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued. You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time.
Following termination, your licence to use the app ends immediately and data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the app, website notices, or email notifications. Continued use of MunchSprouts after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MunchSprouts with respect to your use of the App, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
